Meet Our Agents

I am a lifelong Fort Smith resident and graduated from the University of Arkansas. I worked for my family auto parts business until its sale in 1988 and then started my own business. In 2012 I worked for a commercial developer which gave me interest in obtaining my real estate license in 2015. In May that year I became a sales agent for Warnock Real Estate,LLC. I am very fortunate to be associated with this professional team of realtors. Our leader expects integrity, teamwork, professionalism and being service-driven to our clients. I share 100% in these qualities. Fort Smith has been good to the Yantis family. Community servise is our responsibility. I have served on many non-profit boards as well as Fort Smith Chamber of Commerce, Sparks Hospital, Merchants Bank, Hardscrabble Country Club and Replacement Parts Inc. In addition I have served as elder and deacon in First Presbyterian Church. I am blessed with a wonderful wife, three children and 2 grandchildren.
